NEWLY ACQUIRED OR FORMED ORGANIZATIONS Throughout this policy, the words "you" and "your" also refer to any organization you newly acquire or form, other than a partnership or joint venture, and over which you maintain ownership of more than 50 percent interest, provided: A. There is no similar insurance available to that organization; B. Unless you notify us to add coverage to your policy, the coverage under this provision is afforded only until: 1. The 90th day after you acquire or form the organization; or 2. The end of the policy period, whichever is earlier; and C. The coverage does not apply to an "accident" which occurred before you acquired or formed the organization.
