b. If the bodily injury is covered by underlying insurance. Coverage under this policy will be no broader <br /> than that provided by underlying insurance. <br /> 13. Employment-Related Practices <br /> a. Any liability arising out of: <br /> (1) Refusal to employ a person; <br /> (2) Termination of a person's employment; or <br /> (3) Employment-related practices, policies, acts or omissions, such as coercion, demotion, failure to <br /> promote, evaluation, reassignment, discipline, defamation, harassment, humiliation, discrimination, or <br /> malicious prosecution directed at a person; or <br /> b. Consequential bodily injury or personal and advertising injury to the spouse, child, parent, brother or <br /> sister of that person at whom any of the employment-related practices described in Paragraph a. above is <br /> directed. <br /> This exclusion applies: <br /> a. Whether the injury-causing event described in Paragraph a. above occurs before employment, during <br /> employment or after employment of a person; <br /> b. Whether the insured may be liable as an employer or in any other capacity; and <br /> c. To any obligation to share damages with or repay someone else who must pay damages because of the <br /> injury. <br /> 14. Expected or Intended Injury <br /> Bodily injury or property damage expected or intended from the standpoint of the insured. <br /> This exclusion does not apply to bodily injury or property damage resulting from the use of reasonable force <br /> to protect persons or property. <br /> 15. Fungi or Bacteria <br /> Any liability arising out of or related in any way to fungi or bacteria, the exposure to fungi or bacteria, or any <br /> claims arising from fungi or bacteria. This includes but is not limited to: <br /> a. Injury or damage which would not have occurred, in whole or in part, but for the actual,alleged or threatened <br /> inhalation of, ingestion of, contact with, exposure to, existence or presence of any fungi or bacteria on or <br /> within a building or structure, including its contents, regardless of whether any other cause, event, material <br /> or product contributed concurrently or in any sequence to such injury or damage; or <br /> b. Any loss, cost or expenses arising out of the abating, testing for, monitoring, cleaning up, removing, <br /> containing, treating, detoxifying, neutralizing, remediating or disposing of, or in any way responding to or <br /> assessing the effects of fungi or bacteria, by any insured or by any other person or entity. <br /> This exclusion does not apply to any fungi or bacteria that are on, or are contained in, a good or product <br /> intended for human or animal consumption. <br /> 16. Liquor Liability <br /> Bodily injury or property damage for which any insured may be held liable by reason of: <br /> a.
