The list does not imply counterparty approval for derivatives of any type. <br />This information is confidential and may not be distributed without prior written consent of Meeder Public Funds, Inc. <br />MEETINGS <br />Meeder recommends and will commit to quarterly in -person meetings, with regularly scheduled monthly calls <br />to discuss changes to the interest rate environment and any changes that may be taking place with the City. <br />The frequency and timing of meetings and calls can be adjusted at the City's discretion. <br />STAFF TRAINING/EDUCATION <br />Throughout the year Meader will host training seminars both in person and online for client staff. This training <br />consists of six modules designed to provide staff with a basic understanding of the investment process. Participants <br />should leave the training with an understanding of what investments are permissible under state law and their <br />investment policy, characteristics and definitions of the various permissible investments, investment accounting and <br />reconciliation, and investment strategy. Additionally, Meeder will proactively reach out to staff to ensure that they are <br />up to speed on current market events and conditions. <br />City Council 22 — 19 5/7/2024 <br />
