Damage Liability is deleted and replaced by the following: p. Electronic Data Damages arising out of the loss of, loss of use of, damage to, corruption of, inability to access, or inability to manipulate electronic data. However,this exclusion does not apply to: (1) 'Bodily injury";or (2) Physical injury to tangible property. As used in this exclusion, electronic data means information, facts or programs stored as or on, created or used on, or transmitted to or from computer software, including systems and applications software,hard or floppy disks,CD-ROMs,tapes,drives,cells,data processing devices or any other media which are used with electronically controlled equipment. F. Pollution-Exception For Damage To Rented Premises Caused By Hostile Fire Exclusion f. under Paragraph 2. Exclusions of Section I - Coverage A - Bodily Injury And Property Damage Liability is amended to include the following exception: This exclusion does not apply to "property damage" to premises while rented to you or temporarily occupied by you with the permission of the owner and caused by a "hostile fire", explosion, smoke or leakage from fire protection equipment.
