MOTION: Councilmember Hernandez moved to approve Consent Calendar Item <br />Nos. 8 through 27 with the exception of Agenda Item Nos. 13 and 14 pulled for <br />separate discussion and consideration, seconded by Councilmember Bacerra, <br />MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall announced that pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 54953 an oral summary of salary and benefits shall be made prior to final action <br />of the Council on any local executive and stated Agenda Item No. 24 is the approval of <br />performance evaluation and salary adjustment for the City Clerk increasing the annual <br />salary from $172, 000 to $182, 320 effective April 16, 2024. <br />The motion carried, 7-0, by the following roll call vote: <br />AYES: COUNCILMEMBER BACERRA, COUNCILMEMBER <br />HERNANDEZ, COUNCILMEMBER LOPEZ, <br />COUNCILMEMBER PENALOZA, COUNCILMEMBER <br />VAZQUEZ, MAYOR PRO TEM PHAN, MAYOR AMEZCUA <br />NOES: NONE <br />ABSTAIN: NONE <br />ABSENT: NONE <br />Status: 7 — 0 — Pass <br />8.
