Blanket Order Contract for Mobile Computer Notebooks June 4, 2024 Page 2 4 3 1 4 The Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. 24-058 was advertised on April 16, 2024 on the City’s online bid management and publication system. A summary of IFB vendor participation and results is as follows: 343 Vendors notified 0 Santa Ana vendors notified 29 Vendors downloaded the bid packet 9 Bids received 0 Bids received from Santa Ana vendors Bids were solicited, opened on May 2, 2024, and evaluated (Exhibit 1). Nine bids were submitted by the IFB deadline, and seven were determined to be responsible, responsive to the specifications, and met the City’s requirements. The bids submitted by IT Vision Networks, Inc. and Ramco America, Inc. were deemed non-responsive and did not meet the requirements of the IFB. The bid submitted by Saitech, Inc. of Fremont, CA was determined to be the lowest, responsible bid, was responsive to the specifications for the computers for which they submitted a bid, and met the City’s requirements.
