Classroom Furniture for Police Athletic Activity League <br />June 4, 2024 <br />Page 2 <br />4 <br />3 <br />2 <br />3 <br /> <br />The Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. 24-042A was advertised on March 26, 2024, on the <br />City’s online bid management and publication system. A summary of vendor <br />participation and results is as follows: <br /> <br />133 Vendors notified <br /> 3 Santa Ana vendors notified <br /> 36 Vendors downloaded the bid packet <br /> 7 Bids received <br /> 0 Bids received from Santa Ana vendors <br />Bids were solicited, opened on April 25, 2024, and evaluated (Exhibit 1). Seven bids <br />were submitted by the IFB deadline and three were determined to be responsive to the <br />specifications and met the City’s requirements. The bids submitted by Bask, Complete <br />Office, LLC., Global Builders, Inc., and Pivot Interiors, Inc. were deemed non- <br />responsive due to not meeting the specifications and requirements of the IFB.
