Memorial Park Aquatics Facility Project <br />June 4, 2024 <br />Page 2 <br />4 <br />3 <br />0 <br />6 <br />Firm Rank <br />Swinerton Management & Consulting 1 <br />Griffin Structures 2 <br />Anser Advisory 3 <br />Staff recommends awarding an agreement to Swinerton Management & Consulting <br />(Swinerton) to provide construction management and inspection services based upon <br />the scope of work and selection criteria outlined in RFP 24-041A (Exhibit 3). Swinerton <br />shall provide general construction management services to support construction efforts <br />and will assist in overall delivery of this project, including pre-construction tasks, <br />managing construction, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the contract <br />documents, and assisting with project closeout and the commissioning phase. Their <br />proposal demonstrated that the firm has the necessary capacity and expertise to <br />complete the required services. The firm’s rates are reasonable and within industry <br />standard, the team qualifications are appropriate for this project, and the proposal was <br />determined to provide the best value for the City. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are budgeted and available for expenditure for the current FY 2023-24, and any <br />remaining balances not expended at the end of the fiscal year will be presented to the <br />City Council for approval of carryover to FY 2024-25. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
