Certificates of Recognition presented by Councilmember Hernandez to all the <br />artists, volunteers and contributors involved in the restoration of the Santa <br />Anita Neighborhood Mural <br />MINUTES: Councilmember Hernandez presented a certificate of recognition to all <br />artists, volunteers, and contributors involved in the restoration of the Santa Anita <br />Neighborhood Mural. <br />Councilmember Penaloza requested the City Council be emailed a copy of the <br />recognition policy. <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT – The City Attorney will report on any action(s) from Closed <br />Session. <br />MINUTES: City Attorney Sonia Carvalho announced there was no reportable action. <br />Mayor Amezcua thanked Congressman Lou Correa, Acting City Manager Alvaro <br />Nuñez, and city staff for all their hard work and efforts regarding acquiring funding for <br />City projects. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS – Public comments will be held during the beginning of the meeting <br />for ALL comments on agenda and non­agenda items. <br />City Clerk Jennifer L.
