Anaheim, CA <br />GOVERNMENT CODE §84308 APPLIES: No <br />DISCUSSION <br />The Purchasing Division establishes annual Blanket Order Contracts with vendors that <br />provide services and materials required by City Agencies on a recurring basis. The City <br />currently provides portable restrooms, hand washing stations, and other site rentals at <br />various worksites and for special City events on an as -needed basis. <br />Santa Ana City Ordinance No. NS-3041 authorizes the City to purchase against <br />contracts from any public agency utilizing a competitive bid process. County of Orange, <br />a government agency, awarded a contract to Diamond Environmental Services LP and <br />United Site Services of California, Inc. (RCA-017-23010021) as a result of open, <br />competitive bidding. Staff researched available procurement options and determined <br />Diamond Environmental Services LP and United Site Services of California, Inc. met the <br />City's specifications and can provide the portable toilets/showers and other site rentals <br />and services to be utilized by the City.
