Blanket Order Contract for Mobile Computer Notebooks <br />June 4, 2024 <br />Page 2 <br />The Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. 24-058 was advertised on April 16, 2024 on the City's <br />online bid management and publication system. A summary of IFB vendor participation <br />and results is as follows: <br />343 Vendors notified <br />0 Santa Ana vendors notified <br />29 Vendors downloaded the bid packet <br />9 Bids received <br />0 Bids received from Santa Ana vendors <br />Bids were solicited, opened on May 2, 2024, and evaluated (Exhibit 1). Nine bids were <br />submitted by the IFB deadline, and seven were determined to be responsible, <br />responsive to the specifications, and met the City's requirements. The bids submitted by <br />IT Vision Networks, Inc. and Ramco America, Inc. were deemed non -responsive and <br />did not meet the requirements of the IFB.
