Subcontractors and other <br />project -related expenses will be billed at cost plus 15%. <br />The above schedule is for straight time. Overtime will be charged at 1.50 times the standard hourly rates. <br />hLterim and/or monthly statements will be presented for completed work. These will be due and payable upon presentation <br />unless prior arrangements are made.
