On -site <br />and remote services will be used on an as -needed basis or <br />planned change control. This is business hours response M-F from <br />7am-6pm PST. If after hours is required, will be billed at $277/hour <br />with a 2-hour minimum. Emergency services" are defined as a <br />non-scheduled professional services incident that requires an <br />immediate response from EYEP SOLUTIONS. <br />Remote Support <br />Default response will be remote support. Typical response time is <br />1-2 business days. This support will be billed monthly against the <br />PO. Remote support is 2-hour minimum. <br />On -Site Support <br />On -site response is available and if required.
