FRR <br />MINUTES: Mayor Amezcua recessed the City Council meeting to address the Special <br />Housing Authority and Special Successor Agency meetings at 8:06 P.M. <br />RECONVENE <br />MINUTES: Mayor Amezcua reconvened the City Council meeting to order at 8:09 P.M. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT — Public comments will be held during the beginning of the meeting for <br />ALL comments on agenda and non -agenda items, with the exception of public hearings. <br />Comments for public hearings will take place after the hearing is opened. <br />MINUTES: City Clerk Jennifer L. Hall clarified that speakers have total of two (2) minutes <br />for their non -agenda comments. <br />The following speakers addressed the City Council in person: <br />1. Mario Alvarado spoke regarding forthcoming community events and invited all to <br />attend. <br />2.
