Approve the introduction and first reading of an Ordinance to adopt the budget <br />for Fiscal Year 2024-25 (FY 2024-25), which begins on July 1, 2024 and ends on <br />June 30, 2025. <br />UNCODIFIED ORDINANCE NO. NS-XXXX entitled AN UNCODIFIED ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROPRIATING MONIES TO <br />THE SEVERAL OFFICES, AGENCIES, AND DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR BUDGET PERIOD COMMENCING JULY 1, 2024 <br />2.
