Understanding of Scope of Services: Mega Outdoor Movies comprehensively understands the Scope of <br />Services outlined by the City of Santa Ana. We have run the Santa Ana outdoor movies program for the <br />last 3 years. Our approach encompasses meticulous planning, efficient execution, and a focus on <br />delivering exceptional outdoor movie experiences to the community. <br />Anticipated Approach <br />• Mega Outdoor Movies will begin by collaborating closely with the City's Parks, Recreation, <br />and Community Services Agency to understand specific event requirements and preferences. <br />• We will then proceed with securing necessary permits, licenses, and permissions for each <br />movie night. <br />• We will conduct a site visit of each venue and develop a plan and timeline for each event. <br />• We will collaborate with the city and get approval on all of this. <br />• Our team will ensure timely setup of inflatable screens, sound systems, and additional <br />equipment at designated park locations. <br />• We arrive 2 hours early and will have all setup complete 30 minutes before the start of any <br />event. <br />• We also have Ultimate Party Jump and The Fun Company and are able provide inflatable <br />rentals and family entertainment activities prior to each movie screening. <br />• Throughout the series, Mega Outdoor Movies will maintain open communication channels <br />with the city to address any concerns and ensure seamless execution of services. <br />II. Suggestions or Special Concerns <br />• We suggest the evaluation committee consider the flexibility of our proposed plan, allowing <br />for adjustments based on weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. <br />Ili, Description of Deliverables and Implementation Plan <br />• Deliverables include the delivery, setup, operation and strike of Inflatable screens, sound <br />systems, and additional equipment for each movie night. <br />• Our implementation plan involves meticulous scheduling to ensure timely setup and teardown, <br />as well as coordination with Ultimate Party Jump forfamlly entertainment activities. <br />• A detailed timeline outlining key milestones and deadlines will be provided upon acceptance of <br />the proposal. <br />
