Daisy Ave. <br />Santa Ana, CA 9271 <br />Attention: Diana Mazariego <br />Re: 3 Man Rescue Team for Confined Space Entry <br />Dear Diana, <br />Baker Rescue Services (BRS) is pleased to submit the following estimate to City of Santa <br />Ana Water Resources Division for certified stand by rescue services. <br />Scope of Work <br />BRS to provide City of Santa Ana employees with a three (3) man certified rescue team <br />while City of Santa Ana employees and/or their subcontractors are working inside <br />confined spaces. BRS will provide all necessary rescue personnel, equipment, and <br />materials to perform a rescue for any entrant who becomes unable to perform a self - <br />rescue or removal of themselves while in a confined space. <br />Company background <br />All BRS employees are professional rescue personnel that are members of various Urban <br />Search and Rescue Teams for the State of California, Government Agencies, and/or <br />FEMA. All BRS employees are certified through the State of California Fire Marshal's <br />Once as Confined Space Rescue Technician and Emergency Medical Technician. No <br />other rescue company carries this certification or qualification from the State of <br />California. <br />Price <br />BRS is providing an hourly rate based on Prevailing Wage straight, overtime, and <br />double time rates. The price includes all necessary equipment.
