A Tustin Avenup <br />Fairhaven Street to 17th Street <br />Existing Conditions and Recommendations <br />Tustin Avenue from Fairhaven Street to 17th Street is a one -mile <br />stretch located at the farthest northeast edge of the City running north <br />to south through primarily commercial retail and multifamily units that <br />draw a large volume of traffic and a high density of traffic collisions <br />including three severe injuries during the study period. A high quality <br />pedestrian network of sidewalks, curb ramps, and bus stops run <br />along the street but no bicycle facilities exist. High visibility crosswalks <br />are missing.
