It is our understanding that the <br /> project applicant has retained Michael Baker as an environmental consultant for preparation of a CEQA <br /> 15183 Exemption and associated technical studies and that the City is requesting proposals to peer review <br /> the 15183 Exemption and associated technical studies. In addition, the City is requesting proposals for <br /> preparation of a Fiscal Impact and Economic Benefit Analysis. <br /> The EPD team has extensive experience in Santa Ana from which we have developed a thorough knowledge <br /> in the City's Municipal Code,General Plan and General Plan EIR,which the project is utilizing for streamlining <br /> purposes. Our environmental and technical teams also have worked on a number of 15183 exemptions and <br /> industrial projects,and more specifically,office to industrial conversions like the one proposed,which makes <br /> our team uniquely suited to assist the City with the peer review effort for this project. <br /> The following is our proposed scope of work and fee for the project.We look forward to working with you <br /> and discussing this exciting opportunity with you further.
