It is our understanding that the <br />project applicant has retained Michael Baker as an environmental consultant for preparation of a CEQA <br />15183 Exemption and associated technical studies and that the City is requesting proposals to peer review <br />the 15183 Exemption and associated technical studies. In addition, the City is requesting proposals for <br />preparation of a Fiscal Impact and Economic Benefit Analysis. <br />The EPD team has extensive experience in Santa Ana from which we have developed a thorough knowledge <br />in the City's Municipal Code, General Plan and General Plan EIR, which the project is utilizing for streamlining <br />purposes. Our environmental and technical teams also have worked on a number of 15183 exemptions and <br />industrial projects, and more specifically, office to industrial conversions like the one proposed, which makes <br />our team uniquely suited to assist the City with the peer review effort for this project. <br />The following is our proposed scope of work and fee for the project.
