(a CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />5. Provide a list of primary and a secondary point of contact names and phone numbers for <br />emergencies. <br />XII. VEHICLES <br />1. Provide the following information for each vehicle that is available for service: <br />a. The make, model, year, miles, condition, and attributes for each vehicle. <br />b. License plate numbers, VIN numbers, and seating capacities. <br />c. Provide updates within 10 days of adding or deleting any vehicle from this list. <br />2. Seating <br />a. Use the appropriate sized -vehicle with the appropriate number of seats for a <br />given Round Trip. <br />b. Do not carry more passengers than the number of seats unless specifically <br />allowed by law. <br />c. Ensure that all seats have the appropriate and fully functional restraint devices <br />(seat belts, child safety seats) for the type of vehicle being utilized. <br />3. Vehicle service requirements shall: <br />a. Be appropriate for the intended use. <br />b. Have passenger capacity to accommodate all passengers comfortably. <br />c. Have the necessary safety equipment. <br />d. Be fueled to at least 7/8ths of a tank, that other fluids including oil, <br />antifreeze/coolant, power steering, brake fluid, washer fluid, battery fluid, and the <br />like are topped -off before arrival at Pick-up Point. <br />e. Have had battery performance checked within the last 30 calendar days. <br />f. Be equipped with fully functional heating, air conditioning, doors, windows, <br />windshield wipers, emergency radios, escapes (where appropriate), tires (spare <br />included) that are in very good condition rated for the type of vehicle and weight <br />loads. <br />g. Have the appropriate charger for the mobile phones utilized by the driver for <br />contact. <br />h. Be clean inside and outside prior to scheduled service. <br />i. Have the appropriate storage/baggage compartments. <br />j. Be safeguarded at all times during the Round Trip. <br />k.
