Conditions 1. Subrogation <br /> In the event of any payment under this policy, the insurer shall be subrogated to all the Insured's <br /> rights of recovery against any person or organization and the Insured shall execute and deliver <br /> instruments and papers and do whatever else is necessary to secure such rights. The Insured shall <br /> do nothing to prejudice such rights. The insurers shall not exercise any such right against any <br /> persons, firms or corporations included in the definition of an Insured or against the Insured's <br /> clients if prior to the Claim a waiver of subrogation was so required and accepted under a <br /> specific contractual undertaking by the Insured. All recoveries obtained through subrogation <br /> shall be applied towards the Insured's Deductible first with the remaining balance payable to the <br /> Company. <br />
