The City <br />is planning on upgrading this street to major arterial standards' <br />Along with geometric plans, right -of -way, striping and utility <br />plans have been prepared for the preferred alternative and <br />several other alternatives. <br />Prepared Project Report and Preliminary Engineering for <br />intersection improvement project. Three separate alternatives <br />were developed and studied for economic feasibility. <br />Environmental document was supplemented for Moulton <br />Parkway superstreet. Alternative street plans, utility plans, <br />right -of -way impact plans were prepared as part of project <br />report. <br />These projects involved the design and preparation of PS &E of <br />pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction on these three <br />ISTEA funded major arterial streets. Specific project tasks <br />included: <br />• Review of Pavement Analysis Report and coordination <br />with geotechnical firm during report preparation. <br />• Utility identification and coordination of adjustments. <br />• Prepared PS &E for the following project elements: asphalt <br />concrete overlays with fabric liner and new PCC <br />pavement, pavement grinding to match existing conditions. <br />digout of deteriorated areas, installation of new reinforced <br />concrete bus stop pads, and removal and replacement of <br />curb and gutter. <br />• Coordinated preparation of construction traffic control <br />plans <br />ASL CONSULTING ENGINEERS <br />
