Mr. Epperson has been
responsible for the preparation of water, wastewater, and reclaimed
water master plans; project design reports for various water, wastewater,
and reclaimed water facilities; and the planning and design of water,
wastewater, and reclaimed water pipelines, along with pump stations
and reservoirs. He has been responsible for completing the design,
bidding, and construction management of over 150 miles of
water/reclaimed water/sewer mains, 22 water/reclaimed water pump
stations, 8 well-head facilities, 8 sewer lift stations and 14
water/reclaimed water storage reservoirs throughout Southern
California.

Summary of Related Experience:

· Talega Domestic and Non-Domestic Reservoirs, Santa
Margarita Water District - Project Manager for this project
which consists of a 6 MG domestic water reservoir, a 4 MG
nondomestic water reservoir and associated pipeline, valving,
electrical and instrumentation to serve the southerly portion of the
Talega Valley. The domestic reservoir will be a partially buried
pre-stressed concrete reservoir on a, hillside graded by the
Developer. The.nondomestic reservoir will be an aboveground
steel reservoir located on the same site.
· Ladera Ranch Reservoir, Santa Margarita Water District -
Project Manager for engineering design and construction support
services for the construction of a 4 MG partially buried prestressed
concrete reservoir. Included in the design is a 24-inch diameter
domestic and nondomestic inlet-out with transmission main,
overflow/storm, drain pipeline facilities, a paved access road,
electrical service and site improvements.
· Alamitos Hill Tank Conversions, Long Beach Water
Department -- Project Manager for the design of the conversion of
two reservoirs to reclaimed water including the addition of a
potable water make-up pump.
· Big Canyon Reservoir Floating Cover, City of Newport Beach -
- Project Engineer for the design of the floating cover for the 200
MG Big Canyon Reservoir.
· Toll Plaza Reservoir, Silverado Contractors -- Project Manager
for the design of the 200,000 gallon surface reservoir and floating
cover providing domestic water and fire protection for the Eastern
Transportation Corridor Toll Plaza.
· Conversion of Crown Valley Reservoir No. 2 to Reclaimed
Water, Moulton Niguel Water District -- Project Manager for the
design of the conversion of the reservoir to reclaimed water
including the addition of a potable water make-up pump.
· Aliso Summit Reservoir, Moulton Niguel Water District --
Project Engineer for the design of the 400,000 gallon partially
buried prestressed concrete reservoir.

ASL Consultin~ Engineers

City of Santa Ana
ELEVATED WATER TANK IMPROVEMENTS 8
