ORDINANCE N0. 1340 0RDI-~JANCE A~ENDING ZON~G 0RDiN~NCE NO. 107~ V~EREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa ann has given notice of public hearings as required by law in connec- tion with an application to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the properties herein described, and has duly held two public hearings upon the question of such amendment, and thereafter by Resolution Number 420 recommended such amendment to the City Council for adop- tion; and ~H~EAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of a public hearing before said body and such public hearing has been duly and regularly held, and the City Council does now find that public necessity and convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and change in the present classification of certain property hereinafter described and that the proposed uses under the propose~ new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AMA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section l: That the real property lying in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California and described as Lots 18, 83, 85, 85, 86, 87 and 88 in Tract No. 1508 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 45, at Page ~0 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California be reclassified from RTl (~iagle family) Residence District to the R-2 (limited multiple) Residence District and that a new map be pre- pared to be added to the Districting Map of the City of Santa Aha of Ordinance Number 1074, to be numbered and designated as Sheet No. ~6 to show the property in said area and to show said property so reclassified.
