ORDINANCE NO. 13~9 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN <br />ELECTIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 131?. <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That City Ordinance No. 1317 fixing compensation <br />of certain elective officers is hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That on and after December l, 1952 the salaries <br />of those certain elective officers of the City of Santa Ana whose <br />titles are herein set out, shall be as herein designated: <br /> <br /> The CITY ATTORNE~ shall receive a salary of $440.00 per month. <br /> The CITY CLERK shall receive a salary of $440.00 per month. <br /> The CITY MARSHALL shall receive a salary of $550.00 per <br /> <br />month. <br /> <br />month. <br /> <br />month. <br /> <br />The CITY REOORDER shall receive a salary of $300.00 per <br /> <br />The CITY TREASURER shall receive a salary of $275.00 per <br /> <br /> The salaries next hereinabove fixed and established shall <br />be payable monthly. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three <br />issues of the Santa Ana Register, a newspaper printed, published, <br />and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for <br />that purpose.
