POLLING PLACES AND PRECINCT ELECTION 0FFICERS" as a separate docu- <br />ment and not as a part of this Ordinance by publishing the same in <br />the Santa Aha Register in two issues thereof prior to the First day <br />of April, 1953. <br /> <br /> Precinct election officers shall receive the following com- <br />pensation: Inspectors, $15.00; all others $12.00 for their work as <br />such officers; owners of privately owned polling places shall receive <br />the sum of $9.00 for the use of each polling place. <br /> <br /> SECTION ~. Said election shall be held and conducted in accord- <br />ance with the laws regulating municipal elections in cities of the <br />Sixth Class, and with the general election laws of the State of Cal- <br />ifornia, so far as the same may be applicable thereto. The polls <br /> <br />shall be opened at 7 A. <br />~ept open until 7 P. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be pub- <br />lished, a list of the names of the nominees in alphabetical order <br />or in the order in which they appear on the ballot, and the respec- <br />tive offices for which they have been nominated, twice before the <br />day of said election, in the Santa %ha Register, a newspaper pub- <br />lished in said City of Santa ~na in the form as required by law. <br /> <br /> SECTION 7.
