AMENDING SECTIONS 6200.1, 6200.23 AND 6200.64 OF THE SANTA ANAMUNICIPAL CODE REGULATING CITY LICENSE TAXES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Santa Aha Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by amending Seetion 6200.1 to read as follows: "SECTION 6200.1. Advertising. Fee By distributing samples $25.00-a By posting bills 25.00-a By signs, billboards 25.00-a By vehicle containing amplifier, phonograph, loud speakers, etc. For each vehicle ~8.00-a "If any such vehicle is used by a city licensee to advertise solely his own licensed business and such vehicle is regularly regis- tered and licensed by the State to such li- censee, then for each such vehicle 12.00-a By electric sign as specified in Sections 6323 and 632~ of this Code for each square foot of front surface area of all such signs ~02~q SECTION 2. That the Santa Aha Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by amending Section 6200.23 to read as follows: "SECTION 6200.23. Employment Bureau 5.00-Q SECTION 3. That the Santa Aha Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by amending Section 6200.6~ to read as follows: "SECTION 6200.64. Vehicles. For pumping cesspools 3.00-~ For collection of rubbish, manure or refuse, per vehicle 3.00-Q Selling or delivering gasoline, benzine, or any other patroleum products, per vehicle 5.00-Q For each automotive vehicle used to deliver tangible personal property into the City of Santa Aha 6.00-q" PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at regular meeting held on the 6th day of Julys, 1953.
