recreational facilities, the rate of $.1500 on each $100.OG of assessed <br />value of the taxable property in said City. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. This Ordinance is urgently required for the immediate <br />preservation of public health, peace and safety. The following is a <br />specific statement showing the urgency cT this Ordinance: <br /> <br /> That the'revenue to be derived from the taxes to be levied and <br />collected in accordance with the terms hereof ~.necessary for the pre- <br />servation of public health, peace and safety; and in order to be in ef- <br />fect in time required for this year's tax levy, an Ordinance is now <br />immediately required; therefore, the City Council declares that this <br />0rdinence shall take effect as, and is adopted as, an emergency measure <br />and be in force from and after its adoption. It is provided, however, <br />that should the provisions declaring this emergency be held to be in- <br />valid for any reason whatsoever, then and in that event this Ordinance <br />shall never-the-less take effect thirty (30) days after the adoption <br />thereof and thereafter shall be in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to im- <br />mediately submit a certified copy of this Ordinance to the County <br />Auditor of Orange County, C~lifornia. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5.
