ORDINANCE NO. NS-15 AMENDING SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING ARTICLE "IX THEREOF CREATING C~NGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND BY AMEIfDING SHEET NUMBER 26 OF THE DIS- TRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION WHEREAS, the planning Commission of the City of Santa Ann has given notice of public hearings as required by law in connection with an application for change of District classification to cover the property herein described and has duly held two public hearings upon the question of such change and thereafter, by Resolution No. 559 recommended the change herein below set out to the City Council for adoption; and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of public hearing and such public hearing has been regularly held and the Council does now find that public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require the following amendment and change in the present classification of the real property hereinafter described and that the uses under the proposed new classification will not be detrimen- tal to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL 0FTHE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That t~e real property lying in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California described as: All Lots in Tract No. 1788 as per ~p thereof recorded in Book 52 Page 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California which are on the West side of King Street and between Fifteenth Street and Washington Avenue, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, Lots l, 37, 38, 39 and &O, be reclassified from R-1 (Single-Family Residence District) to the R-2 (Limited-Multiple Residence District) and that Sheet Number 26 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Ann Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The UlerK of the Council shall certify to the pas- sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published with- in 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ann Inde-
