the adjoining rights of way ~nown as Edinger Street, Bristol Street and Fairview Avenue; situated wholly within the County of Orange, State of California and the boundary thereof is de- scribed as follows: Beginning at ~an an gle point in the ¥~esterly City Limits of the City of Santa An at the intersection of the center lines of Bristol Street and Wilshire Avenue, said point also being the Northeast corner of Section 23, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Neridian as shown on a map of Tract No. 1574 recorded in Book ~7 page 18 of Niscellaneous ~aps, Records of said County; running thence Westerly along the City Limits of the City of Santa Aha N 89° 55' 50" W 1320.00 feet following the North line of said Tract No. 1574 to the Northwest corner there- of, said point also being an angle point in the City Limits of the City of Santa Aha' thence following the City Limits of the City of Santa Aha S 08 17' 30" W 1322.50 feet along the West line of said Tract No. 157~, and the West line of Tract No. 1508 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book ~5 page ~0 of Nis- cellaneous Naps, Records of said Orange County and the Southerly extension thereof to a point in the center line of Edinger Street as shown on said map of Tract No. 1508, said point being an angle point in the City Limits of said City of Santa Aha; thence departing from said City Limits of the City of Santa Aha, N 89° 55' 50" W, 1321.92 feet along the said center line of Edin- ger Street, to an intersection with the Southerly extension of the west line of Lot K of said Revised West Tract; thence N 0° 01' 00" E 2672.67 feet along the west line of said Lot K and the center line of Raitt Street as shown on a map of said Santa Aha Acres to its intersection with the westerly extension of the North line of Fairview Avenue as shown on said map of the Revised West Tract as lying Northerly of Lots I and H; thence N 89° 52' 50" E, 2639.5~ feet along the Westerly extension of the said North line of Fairview Avenue and along the said North line of Feirview Avenue and along the Easterly extension of the said North line Of FairviewAvenue to an intersection with the City Limits of the City of Santa Ana, said point of intersection being s point on the center line of Bristol Street; thence S 0° 21' 3~" E, 1358.92 feet along said center line of Bristol Street to the point of beginning, be and the same is here~y annexed to and shall become a part of the City of Santa Ana snd the annexation of said territory is by this Or- dinance effected, approved, and declared to take effect from and after the effective date of this Ordinance and shall be and continue a part of said City. SECTION 3. The Cler~ of the Council shall certify to the pas- sage of this Ordinance and shall csuse the same to be published with- in 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independ- ent, the official newspaper of the City. T~is Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after t~e dete of its final adoption. -2-
