ORDINANCE NO. NS-2O AMENDING SECTION 2250 OF THE SANTA ANA <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE PRESCRIBING BONDS FOR CITY OFFICIALS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That Section 2250 of Chapter 2 of Article II of <br />the Oanta Aha Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> "SECTION 2250. Bonds of Officers. <br /> <br /> "Officers' bonds in favor of the City are required of <br /> the following named Officers to guarantee the faithful <br /> performance of their duties and their honesty in the amounts <br /> <br />hereinafter indicated: <br /> City Manager <br /> Director of Finance <br /> City Treasurer <br /> <br /> Director of Public Works <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br /> Director of Building and Housing <br /> Purchasing Agent <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council shall certify to <br /> <br />$5Q,000.00 <br /> 50,000.00 <br /> 50,000.00 <br /> 25,000.00 <br /> 25,000.00 <br /> 25,000.00" <br /> <br /> the pas- <br /> <br />sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published with- <br />in.15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Inde- <br />pendent, the official newspaper of the City.
