ORDINANCE NO. N$-25 ESTABLISHING SETBACK LINES ON EACH <br /> SIDE OF EAST FIRST STREET FR0~ THE SANTA FE TRACKs TO THE <br /> EASTERLY CITY LIMITS BY ~I~D~G SUBPARAGRAPH (f) OF SECTION <br /> 9150, PAR~ 2, cHAPTER 1, ARTICLE IX OF SANTA ANA ~UN~GIPAL <br /> CODE <br /> <br />~THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort, <br />convenience, interest and welfare require and there are hereby <br />established, setback lines upon and along each side of East First <br />Street in Santa Ann, as hereinbelow set out, all in accordance with <br />the Notice contained in Resolution No. 53-179. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That Sub-paragraph (f) of Section 9150 of Part 2, <br />Chapter l, Article IX of the Santa Ann ~unicipal Code be and it is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(f) East First Street from the ~esterly side of the <br /> <br /> A. T. & S. F. railroad tracks to the Easterly City Limits on <br /> both sides, &2 feet from the surveyed center line of said <br /> Street." <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council s~lall certify to the pas- <br />sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published <br />within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ann In- <br />dependent, the official newspaper of the City.
