NS-29 ~¢~G SANTA Ai~A ~:JICIPAL CODE <br /> BY AMENDING ARTICIE IX THEREOF CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT <br /> BOU~ARIES ARrD BY ~ND~L~G Sk~T IQTJMBER 39 OF TRUE DISTRICTinG <br /> MAP TO SIt0TJ THE RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> ~!ff~ERE~S, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ann has <br />given notice of public hearings as required by law in connection <br />with an application for change of District classification to cover <br />the property herein described and has duly held two public hearings <br />upon the question of such change and thereafter, by Resolution No. <br />592 recommended the change hereinbelow set out to the City Council <br />for adoption; and <br /> <br /> ¥~TL~REAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of public <br />hearing and such public hearing has been regularly held and the <br />Council does n~ find that public necessity, convenience, and general <br />welfare require the following amendment and change in the present <br />classification of the real property hereinafter described and that <br />the uses under t~e proposed new classification will not be detrimen- <br />tal to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF Ti~ CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLL0~7S: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property lying in the City of Santa Ann, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> That certain parcel of land described as Lots I to 12, <br /> both inclusive, of Tentative Tract Map No. 2011, Orange <br /> County, and further described as: <br /> Beginning et the Northwest corner of that certain parcel <br /> of land described as the East one-half of the Southwest quar- <br /> ter of the Northwest quarter of Section 2&, Township 5 S, <br /> Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M., thence Southerly along the West <br /> line of said parcel of land, 908.&0 feet to an intersection <br /> with the Westerly extension of the center line of Berkeley <br /> Street, e.s shown on a map of Tract No. 1625, recorded in Book 48, <br /> at Page 46, of Miscellaneous I~[aps, Records of Orange County, <br /> California; thence Easterly along said extension, 145.00 feet; <br /> thence Northerly, parallel to the West line of said parcel of <br /> land, 910.30 feet to a point in the North line of said parcel <br /> of land; thence Westerly, along said North line, 145.00 feet <br /> to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />be reclassified from R-1 (Single Family Residence District) to the <br />R-3 (Multiple-Family Residence District) and that Sheet Number 39 <br /> <br /> <br />
