NS-32 APPROVINGT~EAENEXATIONOF THAT <br /> CERTA~I~TERR~NATED "CHRISTESONANN=xATION" <br /> <br /> WB]~J~S, the 0ity Council of the City of Santa Aaa did on the <br />18th day of January, 1955 by Resolution No. 54-7, declare its inten- <br />tion to annex certain uninhabited territory contiguous to said City, <br />w~ich said Resolution was regularly published in the Santa Ann Inde- <br />pendent, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in <br />said City, and in the Costa Mesa Globe Herald, a newspaper of general <br />circulation published outside of said 0ity but in the County of Orange, <br />California, said publications being made once a week for two consec- <br />utive weeks prior to the public hearing on said proposed annexation <br />which said public hearing was set by said Resolution for the let day <br />of March, 1955; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at said hearing there were no objections to said pro- <br />posed annexation and no written protest was filed by any person <br />against the sams; <br /> <br /> NOW, TH]~KEFORE, T~E CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF SA1T2AA2~DOES <br />ORDAIN ASFOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That after due hearing regularly held upon due no- <br />tice regularly given in all respects as required by the statutes and <br />as hereinabove set out and in the files of this proceeding more par- <br />ticularly shown, we do find, declare and ordain that there is and was <br />no protest nor objection, either written or oral, to the annexation <br />of the territory herein described to the City of Santa Ana, that due <br />and regular notice of the time and place of hearing was given as re- <br />quired by law and that said territory is and was wholly uninhabited <br />and that no person lives thereon; that said territory is contiguous <br />to the City of Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
