ORDINANCE NO. ~A~ENDING SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING ARTICLE IX THEREOF CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND BY AMENDING Sw$-'~T NUMBEP. S 27 and 38 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE. RECLASSIFI- CATION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Oity of Santa Ana has given notice of public hearings aa required by law and has duly held two public hearings in connection with the application for change of District Classification and by Resolution Number 610 recommended the change hereinbelow set out to the City Council for adoption; and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of public hearing and such public hearing has been regularly held and the Council does now find that public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require the following amendment and change in the present classification of the real property hereinafter described and that the uses under the proposed new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEHEFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AMA DOES ORDAIN A~ FOLLOWS~ SECTION 1. That the real property lying in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: That portion of the Julian Chaves Allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana and that portion of Tract No. 488, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 17, page 4 of Mis- cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as followsl Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 5 of said Tract No. 488, thence Southerly 1138.09 feet along the Easterly line of said Lot 5 to a point in said East line of said Lot 5; thence Westerly along a line parallel with the Northerly boundary of said Tract No. 488 to a point in the West line of Lot 2 of said Tract No. 488; thence Northerly along the West line of said Lot 2, 848.20 feet, more or ieee, to the Southeast corner of land described in deed to O. A. Daugherty and wife, recorded July let, 1940 in Book 1047, page 339 of Official records; ~hence Westerly 30.10 feet to the Bouthwest corner of said land of O. A.
