"SECTION 9334. PA~T 4. SUBDIVISION - FOUR OR LESS LOTS "SECTION 9340. Effect of Final Map on Part. "The provisions of part 4 herein shall not have any effect on or reference to an area included within a recorded Final Map of subdivision into lots cf not more than twelve-thousand (12,000) square feet. "SECTION 9340.1. Area of Application. 'The provisions of this Part shall apply to any real property, or portions thereof, shown on the last preceding tsx roll as a unit or contiguous units, which is divided for the purpose of sale, whether immediate or future, where such divisions of prop- erty results in any one of the following conditions: (a) The frontage of any parcel ~o be separated from the remainder is less than three hundred and fifty feet (350'); (b) The depth of any parcel to be separated from the re- mainder is lees than three hundred and fifty feet (3507); (c) Any future street opening is involved; (d) Any portion of the separated parcel or ~he remainder includes or impinges upon a street or way designated in the Streets and Highway Section of the Master Plan. 'SECTION 9341. Requirements. "The provisions of Parts 1, 2 and 3 of this Chapter shall apply to and have full force and effect upon all land divisions covered by this part. "SECTION 9342. Preliminary Map. "Two copies of a preliminary map showing the loce,$ion and dimensions of the proposed lots shall be filed with the Planning Director. 'SECTION 9343. Additional Information.
