NS-hO AI~tENoING SANTA ANA ~UNICIPAL CODE BY A~%ENDING ARTICLE IX THEREOF CREATING OHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES ~D A].,~_ENDING SHEET NO. 33 OF THE DISTRICTING ~AP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION. WHLREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 626 recommended to the City Council the chanEe hereinbelow set out; and ~EREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and change in classification of the real property herein described and that the uses under the new class- ification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THE~EF0~, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa An~, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Lot 26, Block "A", Robinson Tract,.as shown on a map recorded in Book 24, Page 72, of ~zscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, excepting therefrom the ~est l0 feet thereof, be reclassified from the R-2 District to the C-2 District and that Sheet No. 33 of the Districting ~ap of Article IX of the Santa Ana ~unicipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the ~ame to be pub- lished, within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent.
