NS-45 APPROVING .,.nm ANNEXATION OF THAT <br />u~TAIN T~RRITORY DESIGNATED ~ AND BRISTOL N.N." <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Santa Ana did on April 5, <br /> <br />1954, By Resolution No. 54-39, declare its intention to --~x certain un- <br /> <br />inhabited territory, which said Resolution was regularly published in the <br /> <br />Santa Ana Independent and the Tustin News as required by law, and which said <br /> <br />Resolution gave due notice of public hearing to be held on the 17th day of <br /> <br />May, 1954; and <br /> <br />Wfu~KmAS, at said hearing there were no objections or protests to <br /> <br />said proposed ---exatiom; <br /> <br />NOW, ','n~wORE, ','.~. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1, That after due hearing regularly held in all respects <br /> <br />as required by law and as more particularly shown in the files of this pro- <br /> <br />ceeding, we do find and ordain that there was no protest to the annexation of <br /> <br />the territory herein described; that due and regular notice of the' time and <br /> <br />place of hearing was given, and that said territory was wholly:uninhabited at <br /> <br />the tt~ the petition for a~nexati~n was filed; that said territory is con- <br /> <br />tiguous to the City of Sauta Aha, California. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2, That all of the ,mtuhahited territory situated <br /> is <br />County of Orange, State of California/described as follows: <br /> <br />in the <br /> <br /> A portion of Section 23, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, <br />Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 23, being <br />also an angle point in the City l~mtts of the City of Santa Ana, <br />at the intersection of the center line of Bristol Street with the <br />center line of Delhi Road to the East, and r,m~tng thence North <br />0° ~0' 45" East 2,674.59 feet along the East line of said Section 23 <br />and the Westerly boundary of the City of Santa Ana, to the Northeast <br />corner of the Southeast quarter of said Section 23; thence South <br />89° 30' 00" West 1,327.33 feat along the North line of said South- <br />east quarter to the Northwest corner of the North one-half of the <br />Northeast Q,,awter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 23; <br />thence South 89° 39' 35" West 426.87 feet to a point in a line <br />which produced Westerly terminates at the Southwest corner of that <br />certain parcel of land conveyed to R. M. Long by deed recorded in <br />Book 51, Page 69, of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County, California, <br />said point and line being distant on said produced line North 89° 39' 35" <br />East 900.33 feet from said Southwest corner of Long parcel; thence <br /> <br /> <br />
