ORDINANCE N0. NS-54 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DIS- TRICT BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING SW~T NO. 36 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 645 recommended to the City Council the change requested; and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, con- venience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES O~DAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Bristol Street and Delhi Road; thence North 1170 feet; thence West 790 feet; thence South 1170 feet; thence ~ast 790 feet to the point of beginning, be reclassified from R-1 District to the C-2 District and that the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at a point on the center line of Bristol Street, being 1170 feet Northerly from the intersection of the center line of Bristol Street and Delhi Road; thence West 620 feet; thence Horth 130 feet; thence ~ast 620 feet; thence South 130 feet to the point of begir~ning, be reclassified from R-1 District to the R-3 District and that Sheet No. 36 of the Districting M~p of Article IX of the Santa An~ Municipal Code be ~mended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent.
