ORDINANCE NO. NS-~ AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT <br />BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING Sn~T NO. 8 OF THE DISTRICT- <br />ING MAP TO SHOW Tn~ RECLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHE~tEAS, the Planning Commfssion of Santa Aha has given notice of and <br />duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of <br />District Classification and by Resolution No. 646 recommended to the City <br />Council the change requested; and <br /> <br /> WNEREAS, the City Council g~ve due notice of and regularly held a public <br />hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following am~BSw~ut and that the uses under the <br />new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEEEF0~E, ','n~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES 0BDAIN <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lots 98, 99, 100 and lO1 of Santa Aha Grand Avenue Tract, in <br /> the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as <br /> per map recorded in Book 26, Pages 53 and 54 of Miscellaneous <br /> Records of Los Angeles County, California, except therefrom <br /> <br /> No. I. That portion lying north of the following described <br /> line: Beginning at a point on the center line of Grand Avenue, <br /> 841.54 feet southerly from its intersection with the westerly pro- <br /> longation of the south line of Lot 85 of said Tract~ thence east- <br /> erly at right angles with said center line, 252.25 feet to a point <br /> on the east line of said Tract, 842.~0 feet southerly from the <br /> southeast corner of said Lot 85, <br /> <br />be reclassified from C and R-2 Districts to the C-1 District and that Sheet <br />No. 8 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be <br />amended to show such reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shell certify to the passage of this <br />0rdina-ce and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after its <br />adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent.
