ORDINANCE NO. N$-58 AMENDING SECTION 3307 OF THE <br /> SANTA ANAMUNICIPAL Qb'DE REGARDING HOURS DURINd ~'~ICH <br /> PA~(ING METERS SHALL BE IN OPERATION <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That Section 3307 of the Santa Aha Municipal <br /> <br />Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION 3307. Hours. <br /> <br /> "The provisions of this Chapter relatin~ to the oper- <br /> ation of parking meters shall be effective only between <br /> the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 6:00 o'clock P.M. on <br /> Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday of each week <br /> and from 9:00 o'clock A.M. to 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Friday <br /> and Monday of each week, except that such parking limita- <br /> tion shall not be operative on any legal holiday, other <br /> than Saturdays." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the <br />passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published <br />within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana <br />Independent, the official newspaper of the City.
