ORDINANCE NO. NS-61 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT <br />BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING 8H.:~.T NO. 48 of T~E DISTRICT- <br />ING MAP TO SHOW '±'~ ~ECIASSIFIOATION <br /> <br /> ~ the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice of and <br />duly held two public hearings in connection with au application for change of <br />District Classification and by Resolution No. 666 reconm~nded to the City <br />Council the change requested and that a setback line be established 150 feet <br />from the center line of Delhi Road, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a <br />public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity~ <br />convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and building <br />setback line and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri- <br />mental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW~ 'J!HK~ISltE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> A portion of Section 25, T. 5 S., R. lO W., S.B.B.&M., be- <br /> ginning at a point in the North line of said Section 25, distant <br /> thereon 990.00 feet westerly from the northeast corner thereof; <br /> thence N. 89° 22' lO" W. along said North line 1588.O0'; thence <br /> S. 0° 39' 45" W. 3058.2?'; thence N. 60° 53' 30" E. 1829.45'; <br /> thence N. 0° 39' 45" E. 2150.78'; to the point of beginning~ <br /> <br />be reclassified from R-1 District to the M-1 District and that Sheet No. 48 <br />of the Di$~=icting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be pre- <br />pared to show such reclassification and to show a building setback line 100 <br />feet southerly from the center line of Delhi Road. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of <br />this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after <br />its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent.
