SECTION 8. That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed <br />to cause copies of this Ordinance to be mailed and posted as re- <br />quired by Sections 31543, 31545 and 31546 of the Streets and High- <br />ways Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> SECTION 9. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pas- <br />sage and adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be <br />published once a week for two successive weeks in the ~anta Ana <br />Independent, the official newspaper of the City.
