ORDINANCE NO. NS-69 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF 'l'~ SANTA AHA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE ~ING 6"6ANGE~ IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND <br />AMENDING $~t.?~ NO. 31 OF '£~ DISTRICTING MAP TO ~HOW <br />~EOLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHE~, the Planning Coma1 ssion of Santa Aha has given notice of and <br />duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of <br />District Classification and by Resolution No. 708 recommended to the City Council <br />the change requested; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public <br />hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the <br />new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, '£n~FORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF .£.w. CITY OF SANTA ANA DC~S ORDAIN <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS.' <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lots 33 through 47, both inclusive, in Block A, Tract No. 531~ <br /> as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 18, Pages 2 and 3, Mis- <br /> cellaneoue Maps, Records of said Orange County, <br /> <br />be reclassified from R-2 District to the C-2 District and that Sheet No. 31 of the <br />Districting Mapof Article IX of the Santa An~ Municipal Code be amended to show <br />such- reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shal 1 certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and sbal 1 cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption, <br />in one issue of the Santa An~ Independent.
