NS-?i AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CF~J~TING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARI~ A2~D ADDING SHEET NO. 49 OF THE DIS~ICTING MAP TO SHOW THE ~ECLA~SIFICATION W~, the planning Co.w.~aion of Santa Aha has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 707 recomm-nded to the City Council the change requested. WEE~, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. That the real property in the City of ~anta Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: A portion of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, San BernardinoBase &Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Southerly bonndary of the City of Santa Ana, said point of beginningbeing in the center line of Dyer Road, and also being the Northeast cornerof the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 30 a~ ah~w~ on a map of the Secco~e ~ltion to Dyer, recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 8, aS Pa~e 17, Records of Orange County, California; thence South 89° 04' ~5" East; 1409.11 feet along said Southerly boundary of the City of Santa Aha and the center line of Dyer Road to the Westerly line of the Southern Pacific Railroad right of way as conveyed to the ~anta ~na Railroad by deed recorded in Book lB, P~ge 9, of Deed, records of said Orange County; thence South O° 33' OO" West 52.83 feet to the beginning of a ts~ent curve; thence Southwesterly along the arc of a curve concave Westerly having a razlius of 1_126.28 feet through an interior a~e of lO° 20' 00" an arc length of 203.1B feet to a tangent; thence Seuth lO° 53' 00" West 767.49 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve; thence South- westerly along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 1126.28 feet through a central angle of 17° 27' 20" an arc length of 343.13 feet to a point; thence North 89° 13' 55" West 11B2.48 feet to the Southerly extension of the East line of said Seccombe Addition to Dyer; thence North 0° 09' ~5" East 1BBT.80 feet along said East line and its Southerly and Northerly extension to the point of beginning.
