NS-72 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF T~E SANTA ANA MUNIC-~0D~ CREATING OHANGES IN DIS- TRICT BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING 8.~.~r NO. 25 OF '£~ DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW Tm~ ~E~LASSIFICATION ~, the Planning Commtssion of Sauta Aha has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 716 recommended to the City Council the cb-nge requested; and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, T~I)RE, T~; CITY COUNCIL OF '~'n~; CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLEOWS: ~ECTION 1. That the real property in the City of ~anta Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: The ~outherly 125 feet of the Northerly 140 feet of Lots 4, 5, and 6 as shown on a map of Record of Survey recorded in Book 3, pnge 7, Records of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, be reclassified from R-2 District to the C-1 District and that Sheet No. 25 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the ~anta Ana M~uzicipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordi-a~ee and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
