ORDINANCE NO. NS-75 AMENDING SECTION 3802 OF T~E <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br />TNE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1~ That Section 3802 of Chapter 8 of Article III of the <br /> <br />Santa Ana NR/nicipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION 380~. Obstructing Passage on Street or Sidewalk Prohibited. <br /> No person shall loiter, stand or sit in or upon any public highw~}?, <br /> alley, sidewalk or cross-walk so as to, in any manner, hinder or <br /> obstruct the free passage therein or thereon of persons or vehicles <br /> passing along the same, or so as, in any manner, to annoy or molest <br /> persons passing along the same." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of <br />this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after <br />its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent.
