ORDINANCE NO. NS-90 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, 0RDERINGj CALLING, PROVIDING <br />FOR AND GIVING NOTICE OF A SPECIAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ON THE 12TH DAY OF <br />APRIL, 1955, FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUB- <br />MITTING TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF <br />SAID CITY A PROPOSITION TO INCUR BONDED <br />INDEBTEmNESS BY SAID CITY FOR A CERTAIN <br />MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT AND CONSOLIDATING <br />SAID ELECTION WITH THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL <br />ELECTION TO BE HELD ON SAID DATE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, <br />California, did on the 7th day of March, 1955, by a vote <br />of more than two-thirds of the members of said City Council, <br />adopt Resolution No. 55-68 ~ entitled "Resolution of the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Aha, california, determining <br />that the public interest and necessity demand the acquisitigm <br />and construction of a certain municipal improvement, and <br />making findings relating thereto," which said resolution was <br />duly signed and approved by the Mayor of said City and attested and <br />certified by the Clerk of the Council of said City; <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Santa Aha DOES ORDAIN <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That a special election be held, and the <br />same is hereby called to be held, in the City of Santa Aha, <br />California, on the 12th day of April, 1955, for the purpose of <br />submitting to the qualified voters of said city a proposition <br />of incurring indebtedness and issuing bonds of said city therefor, <br />in the amount hereinafter set forth, and for the object and <br />purpose set forth in said resolution and hereinafter stated. <br /> <br /> <br />
