Section 7. That except as otherwise provided in <br />this ordinance, the election called hereby shall be conducted <br />as provided by law for other municipal elections in said city. <br /> <br /> Section 8. That the City Council of said city <br />shall meet at their usual place of meeting in the City Hall <br />on Tuesday~ the 19th day of April, 1955~ at 7:30 o'clock, P.M. <br />of said day, and proceed to canvass the election returns <br />and declare the result of said election. <br /> <br /> Section 9. That the Clerk of the Council shall <br />certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance by a vote <br />of more than two-thirds of all of the members of the City <br />Council of said city, and shall cause said ordinance to be <br />published once a week for two successive weeks in the SANTA ANA <br />INDEPENDENT, a weekly newspaper of general circulation in said <br />city. No other notice of such election need be given. <br /> <br /> Section 10.
