ORDINANCE NO. Ns-gh A~NDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL COE~TING CNANGES IN DISTRICT BOb~NDARIES AND A~iDING ~£' NO. 34 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE ~$SIFICATION. WH~, the Planning Commission of 8ants Aha has given notice of and duly held two public hearings on a Co-~fselon initiated change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 142 recommended to the City Council the change requested; and W~, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will- not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, '~'.K~BE, T~g CITY COUNCIL OF '£~ CITY OF SA}TfA ANA DOES OF~X~IN AS SF~TION 1. That the real property in the City of S~mta A~/M~, County of Or-n~e, State of California, described as: All of the "Highland Street Tract" as shown on a map recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 6, page 40, Records of said Orange County. All of the "Hillyard Addition" as shown on a map recorded in Mis- cellaneous Map Book 4, page 32, Records of Orange County, excepting Lot 18 in Block l, Lot 18 in Block 2, and the North 30' of Block 1. All of the "Morse Villa Tract" as shown on a map recorded in Mis- cellaneous Map Book 3, page ~6, Records of Orange County, excepting Lots i through 9 (inclusive),Lot$ A, B, C, and the ~outh 30 feet of Lots ll, 13, 15, 17~ 19, 21, 23~ 25, 27, and 29~ be reclassified from R-1 and R-2 District to the R-3 District and that Sheet No. 34 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council sba] 1 certify to the passage of this Ordinance and s~a~ 1 cause the sam, to be published, within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the ~anta Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its s~loption.
